Hello lovely people! I hope you are all soaking up the beautiful sun while it lasts, I know I am☀️.
Please try and get your orders in by Thursday to give us time to prepare them for you and have them out for delivery Tuesday next week 🙂.
My menu will be expanding in another few weeks, so keep your eyes out for that post and have a lovely rest of your week 🌻.

We aim to use the most fresh and healthy ingredients to make your delicious meals and for me that means, homegrown foods as much as possible.
We only have a small growing space in our current yard but I fill it as much as I can with lovely fresh herbs and vegetables that I use to cook with in our personal meals as well as your home cooked meals.

Welcome to my mini business launch! The Alternative Foodie has teamed up with Meals by Mandy to bring you an entirely GLUTEN FRIENDLY menu!
But dont fret! If you are vegetarian, vegan or dairy free, there are options for you too!
The Alternative Foodie menu aims to provide healthy alternative food options for all your dietary requirements. Although, sadly I can not provide all of my meals vegan or dairy free, most can be made to be vegetarian on request and a few vegan and dairy free on request too.

For this mini launch, I will be selling just a select few of my meals, snacks and desserts to offer up a taste of what is to come and to gain some feedback from you all.

🌱Let me introduce myself,
My name is Tash and I am passionate about Alternative foods and providing healthy meals to those like me with busy lives and alternative food needs.
For the most part, I have been a single parent studying part time and have previously struggled maintaining healthy meals for our family, which I know I am not alone in experiencing.

This business venture came about when I was asked by a friend to trade skills, my cooking for her cleaning. I realised that so many people are time poor or don't know how to prepare healthy alternative meals consistently.

I thoroughly enjoy cooking healthy food and knowing I am able to provide alternative options to those who dont know where start gives me a great sense of enjoyment.

Stay tuned over the coming weeks to keep up-to-date with my menu release and business launch.
