So, if you’re not using it within 48 hours from harvest, store it in the freezer to keep it at its best. ❄️

But hey, life happens & sometimes we forget it’s in the fridge for a few days… 🤦🏼‍♂️

If that’s you, just check two things:
👃🏼Smell — it should still smell clean & nutty.

👀 Surface — dry = good. Slimy = nope.

🖤 Black/grey spots or slight colour changes? Totally normal.

That’s just the mycelium maturing, not spoilage. 🍄

Keep it simple, keep it fresh, keep it tasty. 😉👌🏼...
