Watch this one for the full story — from its roots as an Indonesian staple since the 1600s, to how I handcraft mine right here on the Sunshine Coast using certified biodynamic and organic legumes (over 90% sourced locally) 🫛

Unlike the pasteurised tempe you'll find in supermarket fridges, mine is frozen immediately after fermentation to lock in freshness and nutrition quality — and for individual customers, I offer both pick up and delivery to selected postcodes 📍
