A dream became reality last night at Green Valley Fingerlimes thanks to a community of incredible people. From the Earth, our underground dinning experience, was not just the most unique event, but the finest quality and excellence in food, drinks and location in Australia!
A massive thanks to Spirit House Restaurant for your support of this event and your amazing chef Tom Hitchcock and his team of exceptional talent! The cuisine and all its elemental earthy links was savoured across all five courses. You are seriously masters at your craft!

We were absolutely blown away to be privileged to be the event you released your two exclusive and brand new gins! Even more so too to have our produce featured in them. Thank you!
