If you're a woman on the Sunshine Coast (or near by) who does the inner work this might be for you.

I'm hosting a one-day embodied clarity retreat on Sunday 21 June in a private Shala in Doonan. It's called Orient.

It's for the woman who has been on her own path of growth and self-awareness for a while now – and yet still finds herself overriding her inner knowing in daily life. Still making decisions from her head when her body is saying something completely different. Still waiting for the version of herself that trusts herself completely.

The day moves through conscious connected breathwork, somatic practices, meditation and nervous system integration, and a guided inner compass process to help you get clear on what is actually true for you right now – not what should be true, what is.

This is not a workshop. It is not a course. It is a full day held in a deliberately intimate space – 10 women maximum – designed to give you something most of us haven't given ourselves in years.

Running a small business and/or being an entrepreneur is so rewarding and I absolutely love both businesses I run.

It doesn't come without challenges though!!

Those clients or customers that try and take advantage of you and the process of standing in your truth and honouring your boundaries can be uncomfortable. However, I know that when you do honour your self worth and the worth behind your business it creates space for aligned clients and customers to come in. And those who don't value you ... well my suggestion is to be ok for them to walk away.

I would love to hear your experience with this. Just because we are in a love and light community does not mean we tolerate being walked over. 💜🌟
