Most of us were never told we could trust our own inner compass. So we learned to lean on every voice but our own, and let other people's expectations – and the fear of getting it wrong – do the deciding for us.

Let this little heart be your invitation back. A warm, unhurried moment to soften the noise of everyone else and tune in to the quiet voice that's been there all along.
