Winter warmer Meat-Free Friday Night Inspo! Budget and belly friendly Laksa.
* Lifes Good Laksa Paste (1/2 Jar for 4 People)
* Rice Noodles
* 1ltr Liquid Chicken stock
* Marinated Tofu (Or Not)
* Veggies of your choice
* Coconut Cream and fresh herbs to finish.
Fry off paste in a deep sided pot for 2 minutes to release the aromatics, add veg, tofu and stock. Bring up to a simmer and add noodles and coconut cream.
Serve and eat with gusto and much slurping.
At $6 per serve, this sure beats take away!
