🥢 A Delicious Dish Every Day, Made with MAMA TOFU 💛

Fried Tofu with Scallion Fish Sauce

Ingredients

* Fried Square Tofu: 2 boxes at MAMA TOFU 😉
* Spring onions
* 2 chillies
* Fish sauce: 3 teaspoons
* Sugar: 2 teaspoon
* Water: 5 teaspoons
* Pepper (optional)

Method

Prepare the sauce: Add 3 teaspoons of fish sauce, 2 teaspoon of sugar, and 5 teaspoons of water to a bowl. Stir well until the sugar and seasonings are completely dissolved. Finally, add the sliced chillies and spring onions, then stir well.

Pour the prepared sauce into a pan and turn on the heat. Wait until the sauce begins to gently simmer, then add the fried square tofu. Toss and stir until the sauce evenly coats the tofu. Turn off the heat and serve.

🥢 A Delicious Dish Every Day, Made with MAMA TOFU 💛

Vietnamese Water Spinach & Tofu Salad 🥗

1. Ingredients

* Water spinach: 300g
* Fried Tofu chips at MAMA TOFU: 2 boxes
* Bean sprouts: 150g
* Sesame seeds, peanuts, lime, chilli, garlic, mint, salt, vinegar and sugar.

2. Method:

• Remove the tough stems and leaves from the water spinach, wash thoroughly and drain. Split the stems in half and blanch briefly in boiling salted water until just cooked. Remove and soak in cold water.
• Wash the bean sprouts and drain, then blanch briefly. Roast the peanuts and sesame seeds until golden, remove the peanut skins and crush them lightly.
• Mix the water spinach, Fried Tofu Chips and bean sprouts with lime juice, vinegar, sugar and salt, seasoning to taste. Finally, add the garlic, chilli, peanuts, sesame seeds and mint, then mix well.
• Transfer the water spinach salad to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and peanuts on top.
