Bar Lourinhã’s Matt McConnell and our Head Chef Troy Spencer are joining together to present an evening of Iberian and modern Australian dishes to enjoy.

On Saturday, 20th July, experience a night of mouth-watering flavours that is the result of these two incredible chefs collaboration.

Savour dishes like Cantabrian anchovy montadito, Tomato marmalade tartlet, Spiced rabbit empanadilla, Wagyu beef pie tee, Chorizo pintxo, Haloumi with quince, Prawn rice, and Lamb rump. Finish with Chocolate buñuelos and Strawberry & sour cream.

Enjoy Iberian dishes by Bar Lourinhã’s Matt McConnell mixed with modern Australian dishes by Beau’s Troy Spencer, for this once-off special event.
