Some w**es are made to be enjoyed now.

Others are worth waiting for.

This October we’re opening Austin‘s Museum collection of a selection of back vintage w**es that have spent years quietly developing in our cellar.

Taste vintages dating back to 2013, discover how time transforms w**e and hear the stories behind the bottles from owner, Scott Austin.

Your $50 ticket includes:
Guided tasting of Museum W**es
Cheese platter
Stories from vintage’s past
The opportunity to purchase selected museum w**es to take home.

Saturdays in October and November 11 am at Austin’s W**es, Moorabool Valley.

These aren’t w**es we open every day and for some these will be the last remaining bottles.

Fathers Day at Austin’s was busy busy busy! What a great day we had welcoming our guests to spend their day with us.

Here we have the Dads of Austin’s, who pitch in, get it done, catch spiders and crack Dad jokes along the way. We appreciate you! (and you too George who was missing in action!)

A special shout out to Richard, whose vision brought Austin’s to life and Scott who has continued the legacy. We all love being part of your Austin’s team.

It’s time to celebrate Dad. The Step Dads, the Granddads, the special guys that are those important figures in our lives.

What better way to do that than with time. Time to come together, share food and a big cheers to Dad.

We have two lunch sittings available, with limited spots in each and a stunning set menu by The Birch Geelong. Bookings essential.

Outdoor picnic tables, fire pits and plenty of lawn to gather also available for casual drinks or a post lunch relax without any booking needed.
