It’s time to celebrate Dad. The Step Dads, the Granddads, the special guys that are those important figures in our lives.

What better way to do that than with time. Time to come together, share food and a big cheers to Dad.

We have two lunch sittings available, with limited spots in each and a stunning set menu by The Birch Geelong. Bookings essential.

Outdoor picnic tables, fire pits and plenty of lawn to gather also available for casual drinks or a post lunch relax without any booking needed.

New for 2026 🔥 🍔
Gypsy Burger is joining the Burning of the Canes lineup.

American-influenced gourmet BBQ from Adrian and Jessica Lal, based right up the road in Torquay. Angus beef and bacon, southern-fried chicken, fish butty, plus falafel and fried cauliflower burgers for the vego crowd.

Most of the meat comes off the family’s own properties, so it’s genuine paddock to plate.

Loaded fries, mac and cheese balls, buffalo or Asian wings on the side.

Handcrafted Italian from chef Daniel D’Agostino, who trained under Guy Grossi at Grossi Florentino before starting Pasta Face in 2014. Gourmet pasta, made by hand, served generously.

Ravioli, tortellini, ragu. Bring an appetite.

LAST CHANCE FOR BUS TRANSFERS.
The fire is being built. The food trucks are packing their vans. The 2025 Pinot is waiting for its first ever pour.

Everything's nearly ready.

Bus transfers close off Tuesday and 100 tickets remain. Bus seats are going faster than entry, so if you want the easy option, sort it this week.

Once these are gone, that's it until 2027.

Two fires going Saturday night. 🔥 🍕

Primo Street Pizza is joining us for Burning of the Canes, bringing their woodfired oven along for the ride.

Neapolitan-style pizza, thin and crisp, made fresh on the spot. Margherita, Diavola, Capricciosa, Italian sausage, or the Meat on Meat if you’ve earned it.

They call themselves the original woodfired pizza truck and they’ve been slinging them all over Melbourne (and Geelong).
