We are James and Belinda Galbraith and we run Medway Farm Beef with our 3 children. We provide fresh, grass fed beef and lamb in bulk direct to customers from our family farm located in Sutton Forest. Medway Farm was purchased by James great grandfather in 1887 and since then has been run predominately as a cattle farm along with a few sheep over the years. We care for the land, the soil and biodi
versity and are passionate about preserving these for future generations. We treat them ethically and humanely and are grateful for the meat they provide. We love to see them grazing contentedly on free and open pastures in a low stress environment. We are also passionate about providing the best meat possible and so avoid chemicals such as medications, antibiotics and chemical fertilisers where ever possible in our farming production. Our meat is processed and butchered locally and we hand deliver it to our Southern Highlands customers packed into portions. Pickup from the farm is also welcomed. Contact Us
