Oktoberfest is as good a reason as any, though this l***r doesn't really need one...

Firkin Helles is a Euro L***r built on continental pilsner malts and German hops. It's clean and crisp, with a bitterness that's firm but stays neutral rather than pushing itself forward. It's the b**r you reach for when you don't want to think about it too hard, which is most of the point of a good l***r.

Grab it at your local stockist 🍻

If you haven't come across the roo on a tap handle yet, it's worth knowing what's behind it.

Two mates started the brewery in a barn at Sutton Forest in 2016, named it for the Southern Highlands, and marked it with a kangaroo drawn as a single unbroken line… a Celtic knot, for the Scottish heritage that runs through the region.

Find our b**rs pouring from Canberra to Newcastle, and a fair way past that too 😉

Our Celtic Red Ale is the one you come back to when the cold sets in.

Straight off the tank, before it goes anywhere near a can or a keg.

Every batch gets tasted here first, which makes it easily the best glass anyone's having that day.

Not many breweries make a porter anymore. We never stopped. Dark chocolate and burnt toffee off the roast malt. Gold at the IBAs and gold at the London B**r Awards (for good reason). Goodfather Porter is our choice this Winter.

Wrong question. The right question is "Why not both?" 🍺🍺
Two glasses, zero regrets. Because life's too short to commit to just one b**r.
