Busy day of succession planning and planting! We have 340 ranunculus babies ready to be planted this weekend & 120 stock babies ready for planting in a couple of weeks. My first ever kangaroo paw babies are also growing strong!! And we seeded another 240 ranunculus corms (making around 3000 total so far 😱), 120 stock, 60 carnations & 60 baby's breath. Bring on spring 👌 flowers

Look what's nearly ready...stock (that scent 😍) calendula, statice and strawflower!! We may have a couple of bunches available this week!! So exciting seeing new flowers blooming!

Get goats they said..it's all fun and games until you need to fence them more paddocks 🤣. We are almost half way finally..it's slow progress when we only have some weekends to do it! BUT great to see some tangible progress! All clips and ties are on, now onto the next part!

Our final zinnia pick as we transition another bed to ranunculas and anemones! Amazing to have so many heat loving plants still flowering in winter! Dahlias, gomphrena and cosmos still producing..but they should all die off with our frosty mornings now! And we have some very early anemone flowers popping up - they have short stems as expected with the first flush. Can't wait to see them in a few weeks time!

Saturday well spent finishing 2 new goat shelters, our H braces for the fencing and soaking in the gorgeous afternoon light! There's something magical about the view this time of year 😍
