Rounding out the wedding season on Friday we catered for Britt & Caleb and their fabulous guests!

With an elite vendor team by our side and held at a stunning location the newly weds annoyed our Hand Held Menu for entree and our Formal seated menu for mains.
Guest were treated to Eother Salt Bush Lamb with Green Olive Crumb or Pork Belly with slow & Quirnce Jus all with a side of veg and duck fat potatoes!
Fireworks kicked off the dancefloor for the party to go long into the night!

Long weekend vibes, Sunshine & Love, this wedding had it all. Milly & Jesse choose to share their special day with the family and friends on the ground of Andrew Peace Wine's. Styled with Lemons & Oranges (we always love when this colour is used 😉) and hand made quilts by the Brides mum, guests enjoyed our Hand Held Menu.
We shared the catering with , who provided Paella & Spanish tapas.

The newest Mr & Mrs Hageman celebrated with an intimate ceremony of their closest family and friends set at Heartbeat Hill over looking the river. Guests returned to the Lower Murray Inn for our Hand Held Menu.

💥 SUPRISE💥

Happy 60th Birthday Sam!!
Sam was thrown a suprise party for his birthday and we were invited in to cater for it.
Guests enjoyed a grazing table waiting for him to arrive, followed by our Hand Held Menu. A special request of Panna Cotta was added in for a cheeky dessert.
Sam's family gifted him a custom painting of their farm, painted by .starrs
Guests enjoyed a DJ for the night and taking photos with the 360 photo booth.

We like to think we are pretty good at keeping secerts! Happy Birthday Sam!

🎂 Happy 70th Birthday Viv 🎂

We were invited in to cater for Viv's 70th Birthday celebration.
Everyone was dressed up as the man himself and enjoyed some selected items from our Hand Held Menu including our Halloumi & Watermelon and the cutest Manchego & Quince cups.
Main was shared Eye Fillet & Cauliflower, Slow Roasted Lamb & Chickpeas and our Signature Applewood Smoked Chicken. Salad, Greens, Pumpkin and of course, Duck Fat Potatoes.

🎂 Happy Birthday Teresa 🎂

We were invited into to celebrate Teresa's 70th Birthday.
Guests enjoyed a private Pyap Charter where we created our Signature Grazing boxes for everyone to enjoy while cruising down the river.
Upon arrival back guests were in for a Spanish Inspired feast with two different Paellas and our salad bar.

Starting off 2026 with the small and intimate wedding of Kath & Kurt.
Married at the Pioneer Settlement and returned the celebrate their love in an cute backyard celebration.
Guests were treated to our Hand Held menu and cocktails on the deck.
Many of the guests travelled from Sydney and the mallee really outnin a perfect weekend.

Marrying beside the river at the Lower Murray Inn, Tamara and James celebrated with their closest people who enjoyed an afternoon on the Pyap and returning to a 3 course formal dining experience.

❤️ E M M A & T Y S O N ❤️

Alongside their little Freddie, Emma & Tyson tied the knot on a warm Friday afternoon on Emma's riverside family farm.
We have been invited back three times by this gorgeous family for their big celebrations.
Guests enjoyed our Hand Held Menu on the lush green lawn under a flag top marquee.
With some menu extensions, we created some fresh sushi Murray Cod & yabbie toasts and some sneaky ham rolls for a late night snack & the bus trip home.
Of course, the night finished a Bang of spectacular fireworks!
