HIRING BARISTA ALLROUNDER – HOLA COFFEE & CO. - BONDI JUNCTION
HOLA COFFEE & CO. is a new specialty cafe in Bondi Junction serving organic single-origin specialty coffee, ceremonial Uji matcha and wholesome food, with genuine hospitality and community at the heart of what we do.
Our goal is to create a home away from home for the local community, a place where people feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, seen and remembered.
We believe a great cafe is defined by thoughtful hospitality, genuine connection and consistent attention to the details that make every customer feel valued, remembered and naturally want to return.
We’re looking for a confident, experienced Barista Allrounder who shares that approach to hospitality, enjoys connecting with people and would love to grow with HOLA.
Immediate start. This is not a beginner role.
✅ YOU:
• Minimum 2+ years recent barista experience
• Australian cafe allrounder experience
• Confident with POS operation & cash handling
• Sandwich & food prep skills
• Comfortable working high-volume service – minimum 5kg solo
• Strong dial-in skills and consistent under pressure
• Bright, friendly, efficient, proactive and naturally great with customers
• Full Australian working rights
• Able to commit minimum 6+ months – longer preferred
• Social media skills highly regarded
✅ AVAILABILITY – ESSENTIAL:
You must be available every:
• Monday and Tuesday between 5:30am–12pm (Opening shift will be rostered within these hours)
• Wednesday between 5:30am–3:30pm
(Opening or closing shift will be rostered within these hours)
• Saturday between 6:30am–2:30pm
You should also have flexibility to cover additional shifts when required.
