We’re looking for an experienced Barista Allrounder to join our HOLA team.

We’re looking for someone who naturally brings that same energy to every shift. Bright, reliable, proactive and genuinely good with people, with the experience and confidence to deliver great coffee, smooth service and memorable customer experiences.

2. BARISTA ALLROUNDER EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1 year recent and relevant Australian cafe experience in a regular part time or full time role
• Confident across all aspects of an Australian cafe Barista Allrounder position
• Strong coffee making, milk texturing and dial in skills
• Comfortable working independently and maintaining quality during busy service
• Confident with POS, cash handling, cleaning, restocking and general cafe operations
• Able to move efficiently between coffee, counter service, food preparation and customer service

3. ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE HIGHLY REGARDED

• Cafe opening and closing duties
• Cafe management or supervisory experience
• Sandwich and food preparation
• Strong organisation, initiative and ability to take responsibility
• Social media skills

🤎 AVAILABILITY | ESSENTIAL 🤎

You must be available:

• Monday & Tuesday: 6:30am to 12:00pm
• Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30am to 3:30pm
• Saturday: 7:00am to 1:00pm
• Sunday: Available to cover Bondi Markets shifts when required

You will be rostered approximately 20 to 25 hours per week across the days above, with additional hours available for the right fit.

• Full Australian working rights required
• Minimum 6 month commitment
• Longer term applicants preferred

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Barista Allrounder to join our team.

This is not a beginner role. You’ll need strong coffee skills, Australian cafe allrounder experience, food prep experience and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and proactive, with excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to make every customer feel welcomed, valued and remembered.

Essential availability:

• Wednesday between 5:30am–3:30pm
Opening or closing shift will be rostered within these hours

• Saturday between 6:30am–2:30pm

More weekday shifts are available for the right fit.

HOLA COFFEE & CO. is a new specialty cafe in Bondi Junction serving organic single-origin specialty coffee, ceremonial Uji matcha and wholesome food, with genuine hospitality and community at the heart of what we do.

Our goal is to create a home away from home for the local community, a place where people feel genuinely welcomed, appreciated, seen and remembered.

We believe a great cafe is defined by thoughtful hospitality, genuine connection and consistent attention to the details that make every customer feel valued, remembered and naturally want to return.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Barista Allrounder who shares that approach to hospitality, enjoys connecting with people and would love to grow with HOLA.

Immediate start. This is not a beginner role.

✅ YOU:

• Minimum 2+ years recent barista experience
• Australian cafe allrounder experience
• Confident with POS operation & cash handling
• Sandwich & food prep skills
• Comfortable working high-volume service – minimum 5kg solo
• Strong dial-in skills and consistent under pressure
• Bright, friendly, efficient, proactive and naturally great with customers
• Full Australian working rights
• Able to commit minimum 6+ months – longer preferred
• Social media skills highly regarded

✅ AVAILABILITY – ESSENTIAL:

You must be available every:

• Monday and Tuesday between 5:30am–12pm (Opening shift will be rostered within these hours)

• Wednesday between 5:30am–3:30pm
