You will be the face of Hola Coffee, taking coffee and food orders, operating POS, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the baristas during busy service.

✅ ESSENTIAL

• Minimum 6+ months cafe, coffee shop or takeaway FOH Allrounder experience in Australia

• Confident taking coffee orders and using Australian coffee abbreviations

• POS and cash handling experience

• Fluent English and excellent customer service skills

• Full Australian working rights

• Available EVERY Saturday and Sunday

Hola Coffee & Co. has become a weekend ritual for many Bondi locals - a place where the community gathers to catch up, connect and enjoy great coffee.

We’re looking for a confident, experienced barista allrounder to join our friendly market crew.

Immediate start.
This is not a beginner role.

✅ You are:

• An experienced barista (2+ years recent experience)
• Comfortable working in high-volume service (approx. 5–7kg solo / 10kg+ with support)
• Confident dialing in and maintaining consistency during busy shifts
