This ancient Ethiopian grain has a gorgeous earthy flavour and creates a bread that has a crisp golden crust and soft, tender centre. 🤎

Our baguette is naturally fermented and made with a simple blend of teff flour, tapioca & besan flour, plus flax meal and psyllium husk for added fibre and structure. 🌾

📢 A little price update 🤎

We wanted to let you know that, from 1st October 2026, there will be a small price increase across our products.

Over the past few months, our operating costs have continued to rise. We’ve done our very best to keep our prices the same for as long as possible, but unfortunately, some increases have become unavoidable. 🥖🤎

We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support and understanding. Every loaf, roll and treat you purchase means so much to us, and we truly appreciate you choosing to support our small business. 🫶🏼

Our Teff Rolls are little pockets of wholesome goodness. Naturally earthy, nourishing and seriously delicious. 🤎

🌾Teff is naturally easy to digest and a source of lysine, an essential amino acid.
🫒 Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols.
🍯 Dark treacle brings a beautiful, subtle sweetness and deep earthy flavour, while providing vitamin B6.

🍕 SCHOOL IS BACK! 🏫 Getting back into routine shouldn't be a nightmare 😫 We've made our gluten-free pizza bases for just this reason! Not only are they nutritious with ZERO nasties, but they make whipping up dinners and school lunches a cinch! 🧀 Just add your toppings of choice (or ingredients for the fridge clean-out) and whack in the oven for a fuss-free dinner 🍽😋
