A while back now, I had the pleasure of dining at Saint Peter, Paddington. Incredible! And these were the drops I enjoyed with it..
1. Two Tonne Tasmania Pinot Noir - gutsy!
2. Mortellito Cala Iancu - salty!
3. Les Fruits Gonzo - Boss!
4. COS Frappato - vibrant!

was amazing and completely changed my perspective of fish (and all things related). Including… red wine with seafood. Would recommend 50/10 🐟🍷👌🏼

While in Waiheke over the weekend, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting owner Paul and getting a full blown history, oenology, viticulture and geography lesson during our extended tasting. .dunleavy has done an absolute stunning job on the 2020 vintage 🙌🏼
Rain came in so we stayed for a gorgeous seafood lunch.. top visit 👌🏼
