Not all magnesium is created equal.

A lot of cheap tubs use magnesium oxide — it's the least absorbable form out there, so you're paying for a supplement your body barely uses.

Look for glycinate, citrate or malate instead. Better absorption, better results, and none of the digestive upset the cheap stuff can cause.

Whey isolate vs whey blend vs collagen — what's actually the difference? 🤔 Isolate is stripped of extra fat, carbs and lactose, so you get a higher protein % per scoop and it digests fast — great post-workout or if you're lactose sensitive.
