They taste delicious, are simple to whip up and only need a min of 15 mins to rest before cooking up which is quick & easy too

You can use the homemade flour tortillas for burritos, tacos, wraps, quesadillas etc
They are soft and perfect for weeknights too since they don’t take long
Ingredients for 10 tortillas:
🌯 250 g Plain Flour (all purpose flour)
🌯 150 g Warm Water
🌯 1 Tsp Salt
🌯 50 g Melted Butter
How to:
🌯Melt your butter in the microwave in 30 seconds burst until melted, give it a good mix after each burst till just melted
🌯 Add your flour, salt, butter and warm water into a bowl mix till combined
🌯 Lightly flour your bench and hands, & knead your dough for about 2-3 minutes. Add nore flour if its sticky
🌯 Once done roll into about 10 balls of dough, pop them onto your flour bench or a floured chopping board, dust a little flour over the top and cover with a tea towel. Leave for 15 minutes minimum to proof, you can leave for longer though
🌯 then roll your dough into your roundish tortillas nice & thin. I like to roll them all out and then cook them, you can place them in between baking paper, don’t pop them on top of each other as they will stick.
🌯 Preheat your pan to a medium-high heat, place one tortilla in the pan (you don’t need oil) and cook for about 30-60 seconds until the bubbles start to appear & underneath is browning. Flip & repeat.
🌯 Once cooked take out of the pan and serve right away, cover in a tea towel to keep warm or you can re-heat them in the pan for 20-30 seconds not long just to heat through once you are ready to eat
