Your weekend breakfast moodboard is here—and it’s a flavourful one! We just sent an email about Pol Sambol and Seeni Sambol being some of the best way to jazz up or Sri Lankanify any savory breakfast. Now we’re really craving it. 🫶🏽🍳

Some ideas of how to use Coconut Sambol:
1. Sprinkled onto avocado toast
2. With sourdough bread, butter, and scrambled eggs (’s fave!)
3. Spooned generously alongside mung beans
4. As a fun side to rice + curries (dinner party fave)
