A night of flavour, made with love

Our tasting event was everything we hoped for, and so much of that is thanks to the incredible team behind The Royal Platter.

From the early prep in the kitchen to the final plating and the beautiful table styling, every detail was handled with care, skill and a whole lot of heart. Watching the team work together so seamlessly was the real highlight of the day. 👏

Behind the scenes at The Royal Platter

Ever wondered what goes on before your platter arrives at the door?

It starts early. Fresh ingredients are prepped, spices are measured, and every dish is cooked with care in our council-registered commercial kitchen. Then comes our favourite part: arranging each platter by hand, so it looks as good as it tastes.
