🥒 Symbol of Diversity, Harmony and Live in the Balance life of the Nature.
The side dishes around the rice will have at least 🥗 a vegetable to represent the food stock provided by land kingdom, 🥩 meat to represent the land animals, 🐟 fish to represent the sea creatures & 🥚 eggs represent the wing beast.

We do normally eat together the yellow rice & the side dishes within family / community members.

This dishes cooked with a lots of Traditional Spiced and Ingredients on it, from garlic, Eshallot, lemon grass, bay leaves, like leaves, turmeric, candle nuts, Coconut Cream, galangal, ginger and so on.
