It’s the part most people don’t notice, but it’s often where the difference is made.

Michele has always believed that if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing properly. Every ingredient is chosen with care, every element has a purpose, and every plate is treated with the same attention whether it’s for two guests or two hundred.
