If you’re after modern Indian food with creative twists, Foreign Return needs to be on your list! 🇮🇳🍽️
✨ It’d be worth checking out their Feasting Menu. It’s such a great way to experience a variety of dishes and flavours without having to choose just a few🤪
🥟 The Raj Kachori was such a fun way to start the meal! The crispy shell paired with the creamy yoghurt created the perfect contrast in texture, and every bite was a little blast of sweet, tangy flavour 🤭
🍗 The Yuzu Chicken Tikka was incredibly tender, and the fermented garlic sauce added so much depth and umami 🤤
🍤 The Puli Munchi Prawn Toast reminded me of the classic prawn toast you’d usually find in Hong Kong, but with an Indian twist! Crispy and packed with flavour 🤩
🥦 As someone who usually doesn’t like broccoli, the Malai Broccoli completely changed my mind😭 The creamy sauce and cheese made it so addictive!!
🍛 I‘ve grown up learning you can tell an Indian restaurant knows what they’re doing by its butter chicken because it’s such a staple dish. And this Butter Chicken was spot on, it was rich, creamy and packed with flavour 🤎
🐟 The Meen Pollichathu was another standout! The slightly sweet Kerala-style curry balanced beautifully with the fish and made every bite so comforting 🥺
🥥 The Coconut Pushpa was my personal favourite! It had the perfect amount of sweetness with so much depth of flavour! This was probs my fave drink I had 😍
👩🍳 Tanvi has recently taken over the restaurant and you can tell there’s so much intentionality behind the menu she’s designed 🎨
🧑🍳 And she works closely alongside Anchit who puts so much care into every dish that’s served!
