So I made my own katsu today (including tonkatsu sauce!). Doesn’t look quite as good but not bad first effort! Cooked half the eggplant in air fryer which took longer but both results good 🌟. Also didn’t make shokupan Japanese bread but Bakers Delight did the job 🤭
