Our July Chef’s Special continues tomorrow — Balinese-spiced fried chicken made with a Gluten-free, Dairy free batter for a crisp, lighter, less greasy crunch.

Served three ways:
Classic, Salted Egg Yolk, and Caviar.

With four sauces, Balinese jasmine rice, apple salad, cabbage slaw, acar pickles, and chicken consommé
