The weather has finally turned so it’s time to put away the big reds and pack the cellar with more elegant w**es built for entertaining.
Our Spring Seasonal Dozen has landed. Six w**es, two of each. A gold medal Provence rosé, a 95 point Yarra Pinot, a 95 point Margaret River Chardonnay, a savoury Tuscan white, and the Forte Alto Pinot Grigio that never stays on the shelf for long.
Plus something new. Nerello Mascalese from Sicily, a grape people are finally paying attention to. In style it sits somewhere between Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo. Worth finding out what the fuss is about.

A 50 Year Old single cask. A Macallan 32. Some of these exist in single bottle quantities for the whole of Australia.

This is the biggest wh**ky release we have ever put together, and all of it comes from independent bottlers. Instead of a distillery's standard range, independent bottlers go after individual casks they think deserve to stand on their own. Same famous names, completely different wh**ky.

Caol Ila. Tormore. Glenrothes. Linkwood. Macallan. Cask strength releases and rare single casks from Scotland, England, Australia, New Zealand and Kentucky, all the way up to a 50 Year Old.

Ships early October. Presale prices hold until it lands, then they go up, and once a single cask is gone we cannot order another.

The Gibson Burkes Hill 2021 is single-vineyard Shiraz from high in the Eden Valley, made by Rob Gibson, the former Head Viticulturist at Penfolds.

He calls this one of the finest vintages he's seen in 50 years.

Each pack also holds a numbered, signed vineyard panorama by landscape photographer Dragan Radocaj, valued at $550 on its own.

Only 12 cases exist.
