Palak Paneer

Easy Recipe = Less Ingredients = More Taste

Easy to cook Palak Paneer at Home.!

Ingredients:

Blanched Palak (Spinach)
Cubed Paneer
Chopped Green Chillies
Chopped Onions
Ginger Garlic Paste
Crushed Garlic (For Tadka)

Oil to Cook
Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
Whole Garam Masala (Bay Leaf, Red Chilli, Black Cardamom)
Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala
Dhaniya Powder
Kitchen King Masala
Besan (Gram Flour)
Kasuri Methi
Salt to Taste

Recipe:
* Blanch the fresh Palak or soak the frozen cubes in Hot water for about 10-15 minutes and blend it to fine puree.
* In a pan add oil, jeera, green chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste and whole garam masala.
* Cook it till onions turn golden brown.
* Now add haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, kitchen king masala,besan and kasuri methi.
* Roast everything well ,add leftover spinach water and cook it well.
* Now add in the paneer and some warm water with the spinach puree.
* Add salt to taste ,mix well and simmer it for 8-10 mins.

The Tadka ~
* Heat some oil in a pan, add jeera, crushed garlic and let it turn brown.
* Add red chilli powder and turn off the flame.

Top up the palak paneer with the tadka and enjoy it with the breads of your choice.
