Longganisa and Tocino:

Longganisa is a Spanish sausage similar to a chorizo and also closely associated with the Portuguese. Its defining characteristics are interpreted differently from region to region. Tocino is bacon in Spanish, typically made from the pork belly and often formed into cubes in Spain.
This dish has been very famous it is popular within the Philippines. Tocino & longganisa are best partnered with fried egg and fried rice known as β€œtocilog" and longsilog".
Try this simple lean pork longganisa and tocino, made @ home and prepared with love from me to yours.
