Every single lamb rib in our plates are hand cut by Uncle Paulo himself - you will not find anywhere else the technique and effort that goes into prepping for our specialty bbq, we specifically request for our suppliers/butchers to not cut our lamb as we use every part of the animal ☝🏾🔥 and yes hand cut since day 1 😅
