Recipe (serves 1 โ build it tall & refreshing):
๐ฏ๐ฒ 45 ml Jamaican Overproof Rumโ funky, powerful, unapologetically Jamaican
๐ฅฅ 22.5 ml Giffard Liqueurs & Sirops Coconut Syrup โ rich, natural coconut flavour without artificial sweetness
๐ด 90 ml coconut water โ light, hydrating, and subtly sweet
๐โ๐ฉ 12.5 ml fresh lime juice โ for that essential bright acidity
Method: ๐ค๐ผ
1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with plenty of ice.
2. Pour in the rum, Giffard Coconut syrup, fresh lime juice, then top with coconut water. 3. Give it a gentle stir to combine (no shaker needed โ simplicity wins).
