This is the beauty of Creations: taking just a handful of exceptional ingredients and letting them shine. No fuss, no over-complication – just bold Jamaican fire, natural coconut deliciousness, bright lime zip, and coconut water for that perfect tropical balance.
Recipe (serves 1 – build it tall & refreshing):
🇯🇲 45 ml Jamaican Overproof Rum– funky, powerful, unapologetically Jamaican
🥥 22.5 ml Giffard Liqueurs & Sirops Coconut Syrup – rich, natural coconut flavour without artificial sweetness
🌴 90 ml coconut water – light, hydrating, and subtly sweet
🍋🟩 12.5 ml fresh lime juice – for that essential bright acidity
Method: 🤝🏼
1. Fill a highball or Collins glass with plenty of ice.
2. Pour in the rum, Giffard Coconut syrup, fresh lime juice, then top with coconut water. 3. Give it a gentle stir to combine (no shaker needed – simplicity wins).
4. Garnish with a lime wheel or fresh coconut chunk if you’re feeling extra.
