RECIPE: A simple way to serve manti 🤍

Cook the manti in gently boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and serve hot.

Top with garlic yoghurt.

In a small pan, melt some butter and stir in sweet paprika and dried mint. Pour the warm butter sauce over the manti.

If you like a little heat, simply add some chilli flakes. 🌶️

Simple, comforting and delicious. ✨

Hello to all our lovely customers and friends 🤍

To everyone who knew us from Konak and has continued to follow and support us here — thank you so much. After a little time away, we’re very happy to finally share our new chapter with you.

We are now continuing our journey as Alya Manti, focusing on the production and wholesale supply of traditional Turkish manti here in Sydney.

Our manti is now available at selected grocery stores in Auburn, including Arzum Market, Bizim Market and Zam Zam Market, with more locations coming very soon.

We’ve also started supplying restaurants, and we’ll be sharing those locations with you shortly — so you’ll be able to find Alya Manti both in selected stores to enjoy at home, and at selected restaurants.

If you can’t find us near you yet, please feel free to DM or WhatsApp us. We’ll do our best to help you get your Alya Manti.

And this is only the beginning… We’re working on more varieties, new products and our own sauces, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

✨Hey Everyone, It’s time to Say Goodbye from Konak Turkish Kitchen

After 5 amazing years, We’ve loved sharing our food, our culture, and a little piece of home with you here in Sydney. Konak has always been about family, comfort, and togetherness — a place to eat, laugh, and feel welcome.

Our lease has come to an end, and we’ll be closing our doors permanently on 30 November. For now, we’re taking a break to spend more time with our daughter and recharge as a family.

We don’t have new plans yet, but who knows what the future will bring! 😉
If we start something new, you’ll hear about it here first — so please keep following us. Your love and support mean the world to us. ❤️

Thank you for being part of our journey, for every smile, every visit, and every kind word. This isn’t a goodbye forever — just see you later.
