When I say this is the BEST version of Banh Canh Cua I’ve ever had, I mean it! 🦀 Kinx Cafe’s version is seriously the RICHEST, CREAMIEST + TASTIEST 😍 You can definitely tell heaps of time + effort has been put in, to PERFECT the QUALITY of this dish 🙌🏼

The noodles aren’t your average store bought Banh Canh - they’re extremely SOFT + CHEWY! Inside the rich broth, you can find blue swimmer crab meat + cray fish meat & house-made sugarcane shrimp which all ELEVATE the dish to the NEXT level 🤩🦐 Kinx Cafe also provides shrimp furikake to sprinkle on top for some extra ✨DEPTH of FLAVOUR✨

If you can get your hands on their stone crab version of this - you’ve landed on GOLD lol! 🦀 Unfortunately, this week’s special didn’t have the stone-crab, but it was definitely still packed with SEAFOOD umami flavour 💥 I strongly recommend you guys to give them a follow and be sure to check out their weekly dishes - it’s been a while since I’ve hyped up a business like theirs 😆

Kinx Cafe is delivering the goods with their modern-ish Asian themed menu, curated for the adventurous foodies and coffee lovers!
At first glance, you will notice that the menu includes flavour combos from all corners of Asia with breakfast served from 8am Monday to Friday (9am on Saturdays) and lunch kicking in from 11:30am.

Although the flavour combos are big and bold, the freshness of each dish is still able to shine through. The Grilled Calamari salad is the perfect example of this with the snow pea sprouts, apple, salted cucumber, Earwood mushrooms, tobiko and roasted sesame dressing happily marrying together. Definitely my favourite dish, washed down with a coconut iced coffee that took me back to Hanoi, sitting on a stool roadside, people watching for hours. Ahhhh the memories.

On a side note, the special changes on a weekly basis, so be sure to keep an eye on their social pages for this weeks mouthwatering special. There have been some bangers in the past and no doubt the bar will continue to be raised going forward.
