Hey everyone - we know we’ve been very quiet on the social scene. We had a lot of quick changes in our lives due to personal reasons. We are still taking each day as it comes as we find our feet again - but we are definitely ready to start working again!

With that said we are overjoyed to announce we are open for orders again! We hope to have a couple of our steers sent off in about a fortnight - and there is still some shares unspoken for! So if you want to get in on this run, speak up ASAP!

And get ready to hear from us a whole lot more!

- prime steaks
(a sample of ALL the prime cuts - minimum of 2 scotch fillet, 2 t-bone & 1 rump)
- stewing meat
- diced beef

- minced beef $10/kg**
- whole primal for you to dice for pet $12/kg
- bag of bones (average 2-2.2kg) $5 each
- leg bone - $10 each

The time has come!

The week has arrived!

We have taken 5 whole days off from our usual day jobs in order to undertake this mammoth task for our customers this week - in total we will be cutting & packing:
3 beef bodies
5 lambs

We will be in touch to confirm final invoices and pick up times for all with orders in.

We may not always be making much noise on social media, we are ALWAYS working in some capacity in the background - usually with animals with or without their cooperation! 🤦🏻‍♀️

And they’re off!

Animals have been picked up and dropped off at the abattoir - everything went swimmingly! So proud of our calm animals!

Now the anxious part awaits - until we receive carcasses back into our cool room

From there we can then prepare delicious beef and lamb for your fridges and freezers. End of month - we are looking at you!

Now we have our slot locked in, we can start giving estimates on when beef and lamb will be ready for pick up!
