Just wanting to congratulate Michael Lau and his team at Waterstone Restaurant in St Mary's Leagues Club for winning the prestigious "Perfect Plate Regional Award" using our own home grown "Australian White Lamb" cooked 3 ways. Judges Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge were overwhelmingly impressed with the flavour, texture and presentation of the dish and commended the team on their creation. A huge thank you to Michael Lau and his chefs for showcasing our Australian White Lamb.
