Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with food preparation according to Japanese standards
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and storage areas

• Support chefs and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Handle ingredients with care and respect for food quality

• Strong awareness of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
• High respect for Japanese food quality, food character, and presentation

• Kitchen experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
