Just knocked up a delicious little pork cutlet roast from NARELLAN PRYDE MEATS using Flavour Republic Jalapeño Garlic seasoning, and damn, it was good! 🔥

Super juicy, packed with flavour, and absolutely unreal!

Hell yeah! That’s the payoff right there. Weeks of prep, ridiculous hours, smoke in your eyes, sore feet, and then you look up and there’s a massive line of people waiting to eat your food. Hard to beat that feeling.
