Heading to Canberra at the end of the week for 🥂

It's been over a year since we were last there. We had a blast last time and have been meaning to return sooner but for one reason or another, we haven't been able to make it back until now. Can't wait to share our sparkling teas with everyone there 😁

While I like all of the drink recipes we've created so far, this one I found particularly addictive 🥂🍎

-- Apple Orchid Fizz --

Ingredients:
Apple Juice
Lemon Juice
Cinnamon simple syrup (equal parts cinnamon sugar + water)
Honey Orchid Red sparkling tea

Method:

Mix apple juice, lemon juice and cinnamon syrup together. Gently pinch a fresh sprig of rosemary with clean fingers and add it to the mixture.

Add ice and top with Honey Orchid Red sparkling tea. Garnish with a slice of green apple, cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary.

This great weather we've had this week inspired us to come up with a few new Autumn drink recipes, alc-free of course so that everybody can enjoy (though if you really wanted to, you could spike it with a shot of gin 🤫)

-- Pear and Ginger Jasmine --

Ingredients:
Pear Juice
Lemon Juice
Grated Ginger
Vanilla Extract
Rosemary
Ice
Jasmine Pearl Sparkling Tea

Method:

Mix pear juice, lemon juice, grated ginger and vanilla into a mixing glass. Gently pinch a sprig of rosemary with clean fingers and add it to the mixture. Stir to combine.

Strain mixture into a serving glass. Add ice and top with Jasmine Pearl sparkling tea.

Garnish with a slice of pear and sprig of rosemary.
