These Creamy Gochujang Beef Brothy Rice Bowls are a new staple, perfect for a cosy meal 🥘
Recipe:
Makes 2 bowls

Beef
* ½ tsp oil
* 350 g lean beef mince
* Garlic, chilli & ginger paste

Broth
* 1 tsp oil
* 2 pak/bok choy
* Garlic, chilli & ginger
* 1 tbsp gochujang paste
* 500 mL bone broth
* 1 tbsp sweetener
* 1 tsp soy sauce
* 150 mL coconut milk

Rice
* 120 g uncooked white rice
* 500 g/mL bone broth
