Savoury Veggie Ricotta Dosa Waffles 🧇
A little fusion experiment in the kitchen! Traditional dosa batter gets a wholesome upgrade with creamy ricotta and colourful mixed veggies, then cooked in a waffle iron instead of the usual tawa.
The ricotta makes the batter softer and slightly fluffy, while the fermented dosa base keeps that familiar tangy flavour. Mixed veggies like spinach, capsicum, onion and chillies add texture, nutrition and a pop of colour in every bite.
Poured into the waffle maker, the batter crisps up beautifully on the outside while staying soft inside, creating savoury waffles with golden edges and tiny pockets that hold chutney perfectly.
These veggie ricotta dosa waffles are a fun, healthy twist on both breakfast classics—protein from the ricotta, fibre from the veggies, and the comforting taste of dosa in a whole new form. Perfect for breakfast, brunch or even a quick snack with coconut chutney or yoghurt on the side. 🥥✨

It wasn’t diet. It wasn’t exercise.

In a long-term study that tracked thousands of adults, Harvard scientists discovered that the #1 predictor of long-term health wasn’t tied to physical habits at all — it was the strength of your relationships.

Close social bonds with friends, family, or community had a stronger effect on health outcomes than smoking, obesity, or genetics. People with strong connections lived longer, had fewer chronic illnesses, and showed better mental resilience as they aged.

Loneliness, on the other hand, was as dangerous as smoking 15 ci******es a day. The findings shocked many in the medical field, but confirmed a deep truth: humans are wired to connect — and health depends on it.
