magine, waste is a big issue in our industry. So we’ve decided to tackle our waste streams one by one, and reduce / reuse / recycle the f* out of them. It’s a constant effort, always evolving, and it’s not about being perfect - it’s about moving forward.

We loved that little moment at the start when everyone was coming up to the Chef's bench, where the canapés were served on a massive bed of 'fake soil' (made of spent coffee grounds from our local cafe - thanks ☕️)
