This flavour flew under the radar for a while. Now it’s quickly becoming one of our favourite flavours!

Dark chocolate. Bright orange. Soft vanilla marshmallow.

People see a product.
They don’t always see the years behind it.

These caramellos started in my home kitchen in 2012; made for friends, family, and anyone who would eat them.

By 2015, cafés were asking for them.
Then came packaging, shelf life, sizing, fillings, shapes, textures… and a lot of learning the hard way.

Nothing here was rushed.
Nothing here was trend-led.
Just quiet iteration, obsession, and refining until it actually held up.

Over a decade in the making.
Apparently I don’t know how to let a recipe go.

Everyone loves the finished product.
This is the part we stare at all day.

Packaging, repetition, chocolate ASMR…
oddly satisfying and somehow still exciting after all this time.
