One of the best vibes we experienced in Old Town, Phuket, .co. We enjoyed a nice coffee from Chiang Mai by producer Chatree Saiyang, a washed Catimor with delicate floral and tropical notes.

Spending a few days in Thailand brought us to Old Town, Phuket. Dropped in on a few coffee shops (there are plenty!), and today's fave brew was the Mae Ton Luang from Phupha's Estate by in Old Town. Roasted on-site with their San Franciscan roaster. Red fruits and citrus to start, transforming to winey plum and finally blood orange as it cooled.

From the high hills of Gedeb, Ethiopia comes this outstanding natural-processed coffee.

Shade-grown between 2,150–2,200 metres, the cherries mature slowly in the cool climate, developing rich complexity. Handpicked and dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days, this lot delivers vibrant floral aromas, layered fruit notes, and bright, juicy acidity.
