Shade-grown between 2,150–2,200 metres, the cherries mature slowly in the cool climate, developing rich complexity. Handpicked and dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days, this lot delivers vibrant floral aromas, layered fruit notes, and bright, juicy acidity.
