An easy to prep Osso Bucco recipe that will be on high rotation this winter.

Method:
1. Pat dry the Osso Bucco and tie with butchers twine to help retain the shape ( this step is not essential)
2. Season well with salt and pepper and dust lightly in plain flour
3. Brown beef over medium- high heat in beef tallow until golden
4. Remove and sauté onions, garlic and oregano until softened
5. Add tomatoes, stock, white wine and browned beef back to the pan
6. Cover and place in a low oven for 3-3.5 hours or until fork tender.
