A huge congratulations to Andrea Manna from Galerie Patisserie, crowned the inaugural 2026 Australian Emerging Pâtissier of the Year! 🧁🏆

Designed to recognise the next generation of pastry talent, the competition saw some of Australia's most promising pâtissiers go head to head across technical challenges, creativity and precision.

As part of his win, Andrea will travel to Italy to visit the UNICA Culinary Academy in Bologna, proudly supported by Master Martini Australia.
