At Pasteles Bakehouse, every tart shell is made entirely by hand. Mixing, moulding, packing. Freshly baked and then delivered with the same care we put into making them.

Because we are a small business, we do things personally. That means if you need an urgent order, or simply forgot to order in time, just message us directly and we will always try our best to make it happen.

We personally deliver to chefs whenever we can. It doesn’t matter where you are. By post, courier or even train, we can always find a way ✈️ 🚊 🚐

The cold snap is here. You know what that means—time to fill your pastry case with pies.

Every tart shell is made by hand, from premium ingredients, exactly the same way we’ve been making them since 1983. Shortcrust, flaky, or sweet, different shapes and different sizes. All rebakeable with the fillings of your choice.

No chilling downtime. No inconsistent dough. You don’t need the time, space or the staff.

Just grab, fill, and bake. Perfect for quiches, custard pies, fruit tarts, or savoury specials.

We can also provide the pastry raw, frozen and unbaked, cut to size in disks or moulded .
