Run by Pastry Chef, Adam Johnson and his wife Emma, Baked sells a variety of cakes, cronuts, sweets, pies and sandwiches made on site daily by Adam. Large special occasion cakes are made to order. Please contact us if you would like a copy of our Cakes to Order brochure. Please note that we close our orders off for Saturdays at 12pm on Tuesdays. For all week day orders we require approximately 5 b

usiness days notice. Opening hours are 6am to 1pm Mondays and Saturdays, and 6am to 3pm Tuesdays to Fridays. Orders can be placed by calling 0415 232 557 or by emailing [email protected].

If you come early, your cake may not be ready, as we’re often adding the final touches right up until collection time. If you can’t remember the collection time you suggested, please contact us and we’ll let you know.

If you’re running a bit late, that’s totally fine. It’s just the early arrivals that may be impacted.
