PSA – We’re thrilled to announce that our champion casarecce and award-winning fettuccine are now available on the menu as gluten free options at the Bloom at Mosman . The team are well-aware of allergies and can cater for coeliacs, leaving you spoilt for choice and ready to dig in. But as always, please ensure you let the team know of any specific requirements!

Serving delicious breakfast and lunch daily, Bloom at Mosman will be your go-to spot for a bite to eat and cup of coffee. Bloom closed down in January after a terrible fire that gutted the business. After ten long months, the popular café is reopening THIS Thursday m and ready to welcome you all back in. Now is the time to come on down and show your support for the team! 😍

Back again for day 2! 👊🏻 Make the most of your Sunday and enjoy the last day of our takeaway/dine-in event. 🖤 We open at 12pm-7:30pm at Shop 3, 144 Spit Road, Mosman, Sydney.

Enjoy our tasty calamari rings, mouth-watering fish & chips (day for it☀️) or newly launched creamy chicken pasta with our champion casarecce. Don’t forget to end your meal on a high with our Coco Pops Panna Cotta🤤 Damn good!

You can’t go wrong with anything on our coeliac safe menu. Dishes include our champion pasta, fish & chips, chicken schnitzel, wedges, arancini, and burgers. Each and every menu item is made fresh to order!

Dine in with us at our Mosman shop or take your food away to enjoy at home or at surrounding beaches and parks. It’s set to be a beautiful weekend and the sun has officially come out to play. Come on down and support small business! ☀️

THIS WEEKEND’S FISH SPECIAL IS WA SNAPPER!🐟Flaky fish in a batter so crisp you can hear it crunch and chips with full-on fluff-factor 🤤

It hasn’t been easy tracking down fish for this weekend’s event. Behind the scenes, we’ve been on the phone for three days trying to secure fresh fish of the highest quality, but also a price that hasn’t meant we’ve had to hike up our menu prices.

Due to fuel supply issues, fish is incredibly expensive and scarce. Why don’t we just use frozen you may ask? Because our promise to you is to deliver unmatched quality – because we’re the reel deal 😉 Think ocean to plate perfection! 😍

WE ARE CHAMPIONSHIP WINNERS!🥇
 
The 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show Royal Agricultural Society NSW results are out and I’m over the moon to finally share the results. Our fresh Casareece took home the champion prize for gluten free pasta, our Conchiglie brought home gold, and our Fettuccine was awarded bronze.
 
Last night, Steph and I were invited to attend The 2026 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show at Sydney Olympic Park. It truly was a night to remember. I’ve had many pinch me moments since starting GF Pasta Di Casa 7 years ago, and this was up there with one of the best 🥹
 
Perfecting our pasta dough was definitely not easy. It was in the trial stage for over a year and I didn’t stop until it was absolutely perfect. Receiving such a prestigious award and to hear the judges say such kind words about our pasta makes me so proud (apparently they didn’t even realise it was gluten free)😮
 
I’m also incredibly grateful to every customer who has trusted us, and all the wonderful people I’ve met since starting this business. We wouldn’t be what we are without you. And to my wife and business partner Steph - thank you for believing in me, particularly on days I find it hard to believe in myself.
 
You can get your hands on our championship pasta at our takeaway and dine-in event on THIS Saturday (12pm-8pm) and Sunday (12pm-7:30pm. I’ll be spending the week in the kitchen prepping for an epic event, so please come on down and support us 🙏

Coeliacs, now it’s your time! Our menu for this weekend’s takeaway and dine-in event has dropped 🎤

There’s everything from finger-licking good fish & chips, vibrant zucchini flowers, and two mouth-watering desserts to finish 🤤 All meals are freshly prepared with the utmost quality.

Don’t forget to grab your take home pastas and ready-made meals when you visit. A reminder that we’ll have seating inside for both lunch and dinner service, but won’t be taking bookings. We also suggest taking advantage of Balmoral Beach (just a 2-minute drive down the road) and local parks, while enjoying our tasty menu. ❤️ It’s set to be a sunny weekend (30 on Sunday people - how’s that for spring weather?!).

BIG NEWS. Just over one week until our next takeaway and dine-in event. And it’s going to be a goodie! Join us on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September for a one of a kind coeliac dining experience. No bookings required! 🥰

We work around the clock to pull these events together and deliver top-notch quality dishes to our wonderful customers. We don’t do these events often, so please mark your calendars and come on down to support us.
