I’m on my first trip to Perth and I’ve just found our breads for the first time in WA Farmer Jacks Supermarkets in Claremont. Won’t lie, it’s a bit emotional seeing our breads on the other side of the country and I wasn’t thinking about camera angles, but anyway! So excited seeing our breads are here. Have you found our breads in Perth? Where’s your favourite place to find it?

What an incredible day with beautiful people! Today I spent Mother’s Day teaching a gf and df class at the sparkling new and could not have had more fun!! Everyone made a cake and a loaf of bread each to take home.. look at those beautiful loaves.. Thank you so much to everyone who came and made it so special and thank you for having me, I had a ball! Our buckwheat crackers had a great view at lunchtime, and see the last pic of how I got home.. 😂

Our delicious Anzac biscuits tick all the boxes - crunchy on the outside, chewy in the centre and totally addictive. They’re also vegan, nut free and (of course) gluten free, as always.. We have freshly baked biscuits today, or grab some of our Anzac biscuit dough to bake at home and take all the credit 😉
