Ingleburn RSL Physie and Dance Club

http://ingleburnrsl.physie.com.au//site.cfm?/ingleburnphysie/ Physie is a uniquely Australian sport catering for girls and women from 4years up.

Established for over 100 years, the Bjelke-Petersen School of Physical Culture (BjP) has over 110 clubs throughout NSW, VIC, QLD & SA. CONFIDENCE…POSTURE…RHYTHM…STRENGTH…FITNESS…FLEXIBILITY

The BJP syllabus is updated annually and performed to modern music and comprises standing and floor exercises, aerobic warm-ups, basic ballet and modern dance. Choreography is age-appropriately designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm, co-ordination, balance, and musical interpretation. The Physical Culture year culminates in a series of friendly competitions for both teams and individuals – these are not compulsory, but they do help foster a club spirit, a sense of belonging, and club loyalty. Not only is Physie fun, it is a marvellous way to develop healthy minds and bodies whilst forming friendships that last a lifetime. (Reference BJP website)

Physie has been at Ingleburn for over 40 years, associating all this time with Ingleburn RSL Youth Club. At Ingleburn Physie we pride ourselves on not only being a BJP Physie Club, but a large, friendly family…

Happy Father’s Day to our amazing dads
🩵🩷🩵🩷

Happy Father’s Day to all of the wonderful Physie Dad’s out there.

Being a father is one of the most important jobs in the world. A girl’s dad has a massive impact on his daughter’s development in becoming a healthy, passionate and confident woman.

We love that Physie Dad’s are loud and proud supporters of their daughters and their love for Physie!

We hope that you have the most amazing day you could possibly have. Keep being an inspiration to your children and demonstrating what it means to be healthy, happy and fit!

Happy Father’s Day!
