We’re at the Mangrove Mountain Farmers Market on the first Sunday of every month. It’s an amazing market full of fresh local produce. In fact, some of the honey we sell at the market is from hives located in the bushland right next to the community hall where the markets are held!

People often ask what we do with all our beeswax. Well here is 500kg of beeswax off to be milled into beeswax foundation, which we put into the beehives to keep them healthy and grow. We will show you the rest of that process in a later post!

Nearly all of the beeswax that we harvest from our hives returns back to the bees!
