This morning I had the privilege of getting down to the Nepean River to support liam.henry13 and his family as part of Lap It Up for Parkinson’s. 💜

Liam has taken on the incredible challenge of running 10 laps of the Nepean River to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson’s disease, inspired by his father-in-law, Gav, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at just 38 years of age.

It was inspiring to see the community rallying behind such an important cause. Parkinson’s affects not only those living with the condition but also the families and loved ones who support them every day.

A huge congratulations to Liam for his dedication, determination and commitment to raising awareness. Community-led initiatives like this help shine a light on the challenges faced by so many Australians living with Parkinson’s.

If you're able to help, please consider making a donation. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help support vital services, advocacy, education and research.
